"The experience I had with this agency is a nightmare. I moved my account to another State Farm agency within a month. My condo insurance was messed up. My mortgage company informed me that they had changed the insurance to State Farm. Then I noticed the same charge on my credit card. I followed up and had that corrected. Next, I get an Invoice by email and in the post for the same amount. Alex tells me that this is a notification for the credit issued to my credit card. Then I see on my statefarm.com account that I owed the same amount. When I called about this, the reaction of Alex was that he was confused. No commitment or effort to resolve the situation. I moved to another agency, who resolved this issue in a day. All of this before I filed a single claim."
