"This is the worse experience I have ever had with any insurance company. I bought a new car and talked to Jeremy Fulkerson's team to add my new car with my old car and add my house as a bundle. The more you add the better price. From March to now July 24th they tell me they added my new car but not the payment info. and so it's been on the policy for FREE. But you have till the 27th of July to catch it up...im like how much? They tell me 1029 dollars for the 6 months or 700 for the time it's been on the policy...I'm like if I can pay that much at one time I would have paid for the six months in full. I asked is there anything they can help me with and they just flat out said no...but it's not my fault I said. They tell me it was a glitch and then sent me an email stating that it was Chris that made the mistake but you still have to pay or it will cancel in 3 days...they didn't even tell me months before. Only 3 days before cancelation happens. Worse Agent team ever. And they did it on a friday and it cancels on Monday at midnight..looks like it's on purpose but why...? If I could I would put no stars at all."
