I fly home a lot, and thus need to change my policy coverages quite a bit, as my car stays in the garage for over half a year sometimes, and this office is accomodating, patient, thorough and they keep my best interest at hart. "They push to get you to sign up for their roadside assistance program but when you do and actually use it they consider it as a claims and run your rates up. Beware!!"

"Chad, thank you for the feedback. As we discussed when our office spoke with you about this, State Farm made this underwriting decision based on the 6 claims over the passed 2.5 years. Some were towing claims, as you indicated, but others were accidents involving drivers in your household. I certainly understand and appreciate that this is the purpose of insurance and State Farm was there for you throughout these claims. In this case, State Farm has made the decision to not renew the insurance contract for another term. As your Agent, this part of the job is never easy, but we always try to treat you and your family with courtesy and respect. Thank you for trusting our Agency these past 3 years. "
